I worked with Amanda and Suzanna while closing on my new home and they made the process so easy, seamless, and stress free. Suzanna was so organized & friendly and Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. They worked behind the scenes getting everything ready so I barely had to do anything or think about it. Also love their historic southern-feeling office space and the friendly cat, Charlee, who hangs around the office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. I recently used Capital City Law to close on a real estate purchase, one without agents involved. They offered flat-rate services, so I opted to give them a go. I literally couldn't be happier with the professionalism, promptness, courteousness, and level of communication from Capital City Law. Caleb, Suzanna, and Darcy were especially great to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions, were patient with me, and perhaps most importantly, were extremely friendly with all interactions.
